It’s been a busy week here, being back at school. I loved having everyone home for two weeks, especially with the sunshine we had. It meant we had some happy days in the garden and a couple of days out too. And now I’m back to the usual routine of my day being broken up in chunks based around school and nursery pick-ups. Roll on summer!
MONDAY: beef stew (made from Sunday’s leftovers)
WEDNESDAY: fish and borlotti bean stew with garlic ciabatta
THURSDAY: sausages, oven chips, peas and sweetcorn
FRIDAY: cheesy broccoli and cauliflower pasta bake
SATURDAY: slow cooker veggie curry with rice and naan (onion, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, spinach, and green beans!)
SUNDAY: roast chicken, potatoes, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, bread sauce and gravy
