MONDAY: Sausage sandwiches with fried onions (ketchup for me, brown sauce for him!)
TUESDAY: salmon fillet, swedey mash, runner beans and parsley sauce (see my basic white sauce recipe)
WEDNESDAY: scampi, oven chips, peas and sweetcorn
THURSDAY: HOUSE OF PLAGUE AND PESTILENCE!
FRIDAY: cottage pie
SATURDAY: spaghetti with scallops, garlic butter and parmesan
SUNDAY: pulled beef brisket, roast spuds, carrots, braised red cabbage and gravy
