Lucy’s List – November (week 2)

Hmm. Well, lack of meal planning doesn’t seem to be going very well. Admittedly it’s been a busy week (lots of after-school activities that have reduded my time in the kitchen) but I’ve felt myself falling back on more processed, ready made foods (pizza, jarred curry sauce, takeaway) as a quick, convenient alternative to pre-planned cooking from scratch. There has definitely been less veg in our meals. And  I still have no idea what I’m going to be cooking next week! Eeeeek!

MONDAY: sweet and sour seafood noodles


TUESDAY: Chinese takeaway

WEDNESDAY: spaghetti bolognese

THURSDAY: chicken curry, pilau rice, naan bread


FRIDAY: fish and chip supper after seeing the Christmas lights being turned on!



SUNDAY: roast chicken, spuds, carrots, onions, green beans, gravy and bread sauce
