Lucy’s List – June (week 4)

Here we are again! Another week has gone by. We seem to be having all of our summer weather now. I hope there’ll be some left for the summer holidays! Our veggie patch is starting to do exciting things so I’ll have a little update for you soon. And we’ve just completed a very special DIY job too, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

In the meantime, here’s what we’ve been eating in the last week…

MONDAY: rainbow bulgar wheat

TUESDAY: naan bread pizza

WEDNESDAY: fish finger sandwiches with homemade coleslaw


THURSDAY: savoury mince, Yorkshire puddings and kale

FRIDAY: sausage and quinoa stew


SATURDAY: fast food before choral concert

SUNDAY: roast chicken, spuds, carrots, green beans, bread sauce, gravy
