Soooo … another month. I must admit it was a bit of a struggle sitting down to write this month’s meal plan. I’ve lost my cooking mojo a bit lately. Like, total blank. Can’t summon the enthusiasm to even step foot in the kitchen. It’s weird. Not at all like me. I mean, we all have “sod it” days and “can’t be bothered” days. But … I dunno.
So this week’s meal plan is a bit lacklustre, to say the least. It’s all very simple food that I can throw together with minimal effort.
Do you have weeks like this? What do you do to get back on track? Where do you find your inspiration?
MONDAY: Indian takeaway
TUESDAY: prawn and veggie noodles
WEDNESDAY: tuna pasta bake and garlic bread
THURSDAY: fish fingers, oven chips and mixed veg
FRIDAY: homemade chicken nuggets, coleslaw and corn on the cob
SATURDAY: Sweeps Festival, Rochester (EXCITING!)
SUNDAY: BBQ (fingers crossed for sunshine!)
